Position Title: Recruitment Supervisor
Business Division: Human Resources

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • Assists and participates in planning, organization and control of the recruitment selection process to employ suitable qualified employees.
  • Has regular contacts with the Directors and Senior Managers of the Corporation in filling these vacancies.
  • Screens from a Technical and Experience content all incoming applicants from Direct Advertisements and from Agencies.
  • Arranges interview schedules both overseas and local. Also liaises with recruitment agencies regarding vacancies and assists in the organization of recruitment trips, and travels to foreign locations to recruit personnel.
  • Directly participates in Overseas Recruitment trips with the Corporation’s Managerial and Director Level Staff, conducts one on one interview with candidates and negotiates salary and benefits packages.
  • Writes Special Individual Contracts for Senior Staff who are needed for Special Projects or where it is impossible to recruit within the existing Salary Grades.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and membership of a recognized relevant professional institute.

Experience & Skills:

  • At least 10 years experience in either a National or International Oil Company/Oil Services Company/Oil Construction related Company, involved in recruiting technically qualified candidates for international postings.
  • Previous Middle East experiences a distinct advantage.
