  • Degree in Business Administration (Health Services Administration preferred), or equivalent (essential)

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in administration activities (essential) of which2 years in a supervisory capacity in occupational and/or primary healthcare environment (preferred).
  • Demonstrate business planning, performance management, staff management, strategic planninf and financial management skills (essential).
  • Proven knowledge of practice procedures healthcare systems and quality management.
  • Proficient in English, written and verbal (essential).
  • Proficient in wide range of computerised software(desirable) and literate in Microsoft Office (essential).
  • Proficient in arabic, written & verbal (preferred)
