Position Title: SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (SRM)
Business Division: Information and Communication Technology

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • Provide specialist support to Business End Users for the SAP install base of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) along with the Supply Chain Management core Modules of Materials Management & External services.
  • Define, document and execute remodeling and enhancements of SAP SRM / Supply chain related business processes through analysis, planning, designing, building and delivering SAP solutions using SAP ASAP methodology.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Petroleum / Management / or equivalent
  • SAP Certification in SRM is required
  • SAP Certification in Materials Management is an added advantage.

Experience & Skills:

  • A total of 9 years work experience that includes:
  1. A minimum of 5 years hands-on SAP SRM implementation / support experience including at least 2 full life cycle implementation projects as Consultant / Senior Consultant SRM, covering Requirement Analysis, Business Process Design, Configuration, Gap Analysis, Development, Testing and Training.
  1. A minimum of 4 years of functional experience in Materials Management, Procurement, Contracts Management with demonstrated management.  Experience in an Oil and Gas organization is an added advantage.
  • In-depth hands on expertise of SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), components such as Strategic Sourcing, Operational Procurement and Supplier Collaboration.  
  • In-depth knowledge of best business practices in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Logistics and Supply Chain functions in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
  • Good knowledge of integration touch points of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with Materials Management and External Services and with other Logistics & Finance Module and ability to understand requirements for establishing interfaces to external systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and communicate with a multi-cultural and multi-national workforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation and documentation skills to communicate concepts as appropriate to customers, contractors, and staff.
  • A proven self-starter and team player and be able to coordinate with other team members in completing assigned tasks.
