Position Title: Head, Industrial Cities Business Support
Business Division: Industrial Cities

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • Manage, plan and develop the business support functions with respect to human resources, training & development and all information systems and system applications in the Industrial Cities (DC).


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized accredited University.

Experience & Skills:

  • 15 years of relevant experience including at least 10 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent supervisory skills to organize direct and motivate the Division's staff.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills due to frequent communications with Directorate, QP staff and external parties.
  • Excellent English. Arabic is desirable.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio) and familiarity with SAP.
