Fereej Real Estate Company QSC was incorporated in 2008 as a joint venture, and is currently owned by Industries Qatar (34%), Qatar Real Estate Investment Company (33%) and Al-Koot Insurance And Re-Insurance Company (33%).

The company’s activities are focused on investing in residential and commercial buildings, and the provision of facilities management and third party construction project management services.
