WELCOME TO QATAR PETROLEUM VENDOR REGISTRATION

Qatar Petroleum (QP) invites all prospective Vendors (Suppliers and Contractors) interested to participate in QP Tenders or to be eligible to receive Request for Quotations to register and obtain a QP SAP Vendor Code, a mandatory requirement for the issue of Request for Quotation or Tender Documents by QP.

It is important for all prospective Vendors to get their company details registered with QP well in advance. Also it is important for Vendors already registered with QP to keep their company details including commercial registration details updated with QP, as and when required to avoid delays in processing of Tender, Contract, Purchase Order and payment related matters

Vendors can request for a new registration or request for updating of existing registration details, electronically via the e-Registration system. Please use the links provided on the right side box to access the online system. The e-registration process details and requirements are available on the respective application pages.  

The details submitted via e-Registration system will be reviewed for compliance to QP requirements. On completion of registration, Vendors will be notified of their registration along with unique SAP Vendor Code. 

Notification of Registration does not guarantee approval or pre-qualification status for any Company or any specific type of commodity or scope of work. The award of any business by QP will follow established procedures for Tendering, bidding, evaluation, and award.

Note:  Vendors who are Supplier of Materials as well as Contractor for Services are required to complete the registration process separately.
