Learning at QP - Corporate Training Professional (CTP)
Most of the work of CTP is dedicated to sourcing or providing short technical and non-technical programmes which are run either: in house, in Qatar or overseas. Customers include employees of QP and its subsidiaries as well as other affiliated companies.
Courses Provided in:
Business Skills : Management, Leadership, Administration, Negotiation, Communication Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, SAP, AutoCAD, Electronic Document Management System
Technical Skills : Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical and Instrumental Engineering , Lab Safety
First Aid : 2 levels of first aid courses offered in both Arabic and English
Aims/Objectives:
- Help employees improve their performance and develop skills to enable them to better align with corporate goals.
- Support the Qatarizaton process through the provision of short-term training
- Provide and maintain professional training resources
- Facilitate local and overseas training for all employees
- Anticipate and provide learning opportunities to support the dynamic development of the industry
