Gas an Attractive Option to Meet Emissions Targets - EGAF

DOHA, 24 February 2011 - Qatar Petroleum and seven other major players on the European natural gas scene are working together under the banner of the European Gas Advocacy Forum (EGAF) towards the promotion of natural gas as a significant contributor to a greener and more sustainable energy source for Europe.

Released today, The EGAF's report "Making the Green Journey Work", lays out how gas can make a significant contribution to achieving Europe’s greenhouse gas emission targets for 2050.
