QP’s GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE (SCHEDULE C) dated 05.05.2003 are applicable to all QP purchases of materials and equipment. If additional services are required, then GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE with Article 26 for Services dated 05.05.2003 are to be applied.
QP’s General Terms and Conditions of Purchase dated 05.05.2003 have been revised with an effective date of 15 April 2008 and are included below. The revised GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE (SCHEDULE C) dated 15 April 2008 are to be effective for all Requests for Quotation dated as of 15 April 2008 onwards and any purchase orders resulting from them.
If additional services are required, then APPENDIX “D” FOR SERVICES dated 15 April 2008 are to be used with GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE (SCHEDULE C) dated 15 April 2008 for all Requests for Quotation dated as of 15 April 2008 onwards and any purchase orders resulting from them.
