Position Title: Senior Business Analyst
Business Division: Human Resources

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • Lead or participate in business related initiatives and identify, improve & automate HR and related business processes as per QP business rules and policies.
  • Provide support to business users on current HR systems, tools and applications in-use.


  • Bachelor's degree in Management / Computer Sciences
  • SAP Certification in Human Capital Management.

Experience & Skills:

  • A total of 10 years professional work experience that includes a minimum of 5 years hands-on SAP implementation and support experience as a Consultant for SAP HCM ECC 6.0 (including core HR modules) and latest functionalities such as HR Renewal.
  • Good experience in the main HR functions such as Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Employee Relations and/or Compensation Management.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP HR applications such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management (including positive time management), Payroll and Enterprise Compensation Management.
  • Experience in 2 full life-cycle implementation projects in any one or more of the modules viz., eRecruitment, ESS & MSS, Learning Solution, Employee Interaction Center and Talent Management.
  • Prepare business requirements after identifying, analyzing, defining and documenting the requirements in consultation with HR business process owners to improve and automate HR business processes.
  • Prepare a detailed solution design including access controls in consultation with business process owners and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) department and as per QP HR business policies and rules and best practices.
  • Prepare test scripts, training material and training plan and conduct user acceptance testing, end-user training and deployment of services or solutions as per established standards and procedures.
