Position Title: SAP HR Functional Analysts (General)
Business Division: Human Resources


  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Science or equivalent technical degree with minimum 8 years work experience in an Information Systems development environment with extensive experience in business and systems analysis, design, development and support of Information systems in SAP in Human Resources application area.

Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 Full cycle implementation experience is a must.
  • SAP Certification in HR and Working experience in SAP 4.7 would be added advantages.
  • Extensive experience of configuration in SAP HR, specifically PA, OM, PT and PY.
  • Experience of managing configuration pipeline from inception to release including requirement gathering and SAP best practice offering.
  • Strong business process background in an HR environment with strong Project Methodology experience.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation and documentation skills. This role will see you working through the full SAP HR implementation life cycle from initial requirements gathering and analysis through testing ad user training in a dynamic, challenging and team oriented environment.
  • A proven self-starter and team player and be able to coordinate with other team members in completing assigned tasks.
