  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Behavioural Science, Commerce or Finance.

Experience & Skills:

  • CCP or GRP certification an advantage.
  • Previous experience in Compensation at a middle management or technical professional level – 7 to 10 years.
  • Advanced user of MS Excel.
  • Prior experience in a SAP environment.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Good presentation and report writing skills.
  • Prior experience in working with senior levels of management and cross-functional project teams.
