Position Title: Performance Management Analyst
Business Division: Human Resources

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • Develop, design and manage the Corporate Human Resource Management System with the focus on Performance Improvement throughout the organization.


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent.  Post Graduate Diploma in Management in relevant area.
  • Excellent knowledge of English both oral and written.

Experience & Skills:

  • Broad-based human resources experience spanning over 6 years, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory position of a large organization in Performance Management preferably in an oil and gas organization.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Critical skills on negotiation/discussion, requesting/providing information and analytical/presentation skills.
