Position Title: Job Evaluation Administrator
Business Division: Human Resources

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • Provides initial analysis and evaluation service throughout QP and its subsidiaries and affiliates. 
  • Prepares and/or assists in the preparation of job descriptions and undertakes preliminary scrutiny of approved job descriptions.
  • Maintains and analyses evaluation records. 
  • Advises on organization structures. 
  • Acts as focal point for SAP which includes creation and maintenance of P, J & O type positions in SAP; coordinating with OS and Manpower to remove inconsistencies in the system and recommend necessary amendments to the system/organization charts.  
  • Participates and assists in the preparation of benchmark data for salary surveys.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both verbal and written.

Experience & Skills:

  • At least 6 years relevant experience in an HR function including at least 2 years in job evaluation and organization development.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of various methods of job evaluation, especially Hay Evaluation Scheme, organization development; interpersonal skills etc.
