Position Title: Head Of Job Evaluation
Business Division: Human Resources

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • Plan, administer and supervise corporate job analysis and evaluation activities for QP, including subsidiary companies, joint ventures and government departments (as may be required) and ensure the consistent application of evaluation processes to guarantee a fair, equitable and transparent outcome of job grades and titles.


  • Bachelor's Degree plus formal training in Job Analysis and Job Evaluation principles & techniques.
  • Membership of a professional Human Resources or Management Institute will be an advantage.

Experience & Skills:

  • Over 10 years experience in human resources management function with at least 5 years at a supervisory level and also in Job Evaluation practice.
  • Good knowledge of different job evaluation methods and expertise in the application of the Hay Evaluation method.
  • Broad knowledge of oil and gas operations, their jobs and inter-relationships will be advantageous.
