Position Title: Senior HR Supervisor
Business Division: Bul Hanine Re-development Project


  • An accredited B.A. degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 12 years in an HR environment within the Oil & Gas Industry in an Oil & Gas Company or Contractor/Consultant
  • Provide HR Focal point services for all HR related matters including: manpower requisitions (MPR) & arranging interviews, processing transfer and promotion requests of PMT, preparation of Qatarization statistics/plan, collating PMT leave schedule & standby rosters, coordination of the preparation of manpower budget in coordination with PMT Managers and in line with QP procedures
  • Provide advice and assistance to PMT on various personnel issues, including the internal program preparation for new direct-hire employees in line with QP procedures
  • Preparing various reports and statistics as required by the Project Services Manager i.e.  Manpower vacancy and Bi-Annual Qatarisation submission.
  • Maintain and update the PMT's administrative procedures and guidelines related to HR, in line with applicable QP Procedure Manuals and ensure that PMT's awareness of latest modifications
  • Maintain the PMT's organizational records i.e. organisational charts, functional flow charts & job descriptions as per QP system
  • Provide regular contact with Regional and Headquarters staff, to follow-up/ resolve administrative queries /complaints of a routine nature.
  • As directed by the PMT, plans, co-ordinates and arranges Business Trips, visa applications, Seminars for specific staff as per project requirements and in line with QP related procedures
  • Draft various routine correspondences on own initiative or specific correspondence related to HR as directed by Project Services Manager to communicate related project needs to other QP stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the actions/ activities required for the provision and maintenance of Project Task Force office equipment and furnishings as directed by PMT managers.
  • Coordinate logistical activities in the Project Task Force i.e. IT (office based), materials requests, inventory control (office based) and vendor requests to meet project requirements
