Position Title: Tender Evaluation Analyst
Business Division: Finance and Accounting

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • Ensures adequate financial due diligence over the procurement process of QP and its Affiliates, JVs and Subsidiaries, from pre-bid review to contract close out. 
  • Evaluates financial viability of all potential contractors, Identifies various financial risk and appropriate, effective risk mitigating measures ensuring only the contractors who are financially sound are considered for contract award, thereby potential procurement related financial risk is minimized to the optimum extent possible. 


  • Having a professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CIMA. ACA or ACCA in Accounting and Finance.

Experience & Skills:

  • At least 10 years work experience with adequate exposure in relevant field.
  • Good knowledge of Financial Accounting & Management Systems or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP & Oracle.
  • Good level of proficiency over written and spoken English.  Ability to respond to tight deadlines and schedules.
  • Good command over MS office suites such as: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Knowledge in SAP
