Position Title: Lead Facilities Engineer
Business Division: Industrial Cities

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • Provide leadership and technical direction to a Multi-Disciplinary team of Senior Engineers (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Loss Prevention) in developing and implementing infrastructure projects to construct, reconstruct and enhance Industrial Cities infrastructure facilities and ensure timely, cost-effective and constructible projects.
  • Initiate and formulate conceptual designs and schedules and coordinate execution of projects during all stages from conceptualization till hand over to the asset holders. Ensure the application of corporate   design philosophies and standards in order to promote and maintain the highest technical quality of fit-for-purpose, safe environmentally sound engineering designs.


  • Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum  12 years of experience  in the design, construction  and commissioning  of facilities related to the Oil and Gas Industry and Major Infrastructure  Projects  with excellent oral and written English combined with good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent technical knowledge within authority area Disciplines is mandatory and in addition, shall also have good working knowledge of other disciplines in Division. Also must have thorough knowledge of international standards, ability to interpret for specific   application within sphere of relevant disciplines, communication & negotiating skills as well as an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Possesses excellent leadership skills and ability to technically and  administratively lead, supervise  and  motivate  a  multidisciplinary  team  of  Lead / Senior discipline Engineers and have excellent planning, decision making, problem solving and organizational skills.
