Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is a flammable material derived from fossil fuel sources, manufactured during the refining of Crude Oil, or extracted from oil or gas streams as they emerge from the ground.
LPG is the collective name for propane and butane, both of which are gaseous hydrocarbon compounds at room temperature, but can readily be liquefied for easy transport or distribution by either chilling or pressurizing the gas.
LPG is a versatile global commodity used for residential, transportation and industrial purposes and burns cleanly with no soot and very low sulphur emissions, thus posing no ground or water pollution hazards.
QP markets and supplies refrigerated propane and butane separately on Very Large Gas Carrier (VLGC) vessels around the world.
